National leader in voluntary benefits chooses VIA to drive brand awareness
Portland, Maine, December 18, 2007—The VIA Group announced today that it has been selected by Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company (Colonial Life) as its agency of record. Founded in 1939 and based in Columbia, S.C., Colonial Life is an industry leader in voluntary insurance, benefits communication and enrollment services for employers and their employees with more than two million policies in force nationwide. VIA will work with Colonial's marketing team to relaunch the Colonial Life brand and drive awareness in the marketplace.
VIA secured the business after a competitive review. The scope of work will include advertising, branding, strategy, research, and media planning and buying. The account will be managed out of VIA's Portland office. Work will begin immediately.
