VIA's Job Sign campaign sparks thousands nationwide to visit monster.com and ask "What's my Job Sign?"

VIA has launched Job Sign, a viral campaign for Monster that will be the topic of workplace water cooler conversation for months to come. The campaign was the brainchild of the creative department in VIA's Boston office.
http://myjobsign.monster.com provides a fun, interactive, and completely non-scientific way to reveal your Job Sign, your workplace personality, and how this impacts your interactions with others in the office hierarchy. Visitors can upload their photos to the gallery and check out the Job Signs of others in their industry or even at their company.
